Narrows of Annie's Canyon just below the old high-water mark of Lake Powell. Due to a regional drought which began in 2000, the reservoir has not achieved this level since 1999. The fading white 'bathtub ring' of the reservoir can be seen at the left and bottom center of the image. Once dominated by the roar of motorboat engines, silence now pervades this beautiful grotto.
