| Mountaineering, New Zealand. Setting up a belay on the flanks of Mount Dickson in Mount Cook National Park, New Zealand. A couple buddies and I spent a week based out of Pioneer Hut climbing the peaks at the head of Fox Glacier. On our final day, we crossed the main divide over Pioneer Pass on our way over to the Grand Plateau Glacier hut below Mount Cook. We set up this belay to descend a very steep face to the glacier below. |
