Canyonlands Nat'l Park, Utah. The Colorado River flows placidly beneath the pinnacles of the Doll House at sunrise in Spanish Bottom as it pauses here briefly before beginning its plunge into the rapids of Cataract Canyon. The pinnacles of the Doll House can be reached from here by a trail which climbs steeply to the rim of the canyon. Once on top, extensive views open up across the river into the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park and beyond to the snow-capped 12,000’ peaks of the La Sal Mountains east of the town of Moab, Utah. All photos in these galleries may be ordered as fine art framed prints or for stock photography usage.
