Water Groove, Zion National Park, Utah    ID# 617-UT-ZN-29
Zion National Park, Utah. The water flowing down this small creek in Zion National Park has been captured by this long crack in the floor of the canyon. Only 6" wide and 12" deep, the entire stream is forced into this narrow channel in the Kayenta sandstone. For this panorama photograph, I used a shutter speed of several seconds to blur the water as it raced through the slot. All photos in these galleries may be ordered as fine art framed prints or for stock photography usage.
