Antelope Canyon, Arizona. A hiker creates a silhouette in the Corkscrew section of Antelope Canyon on the Navajo Nation in Arizona. Over the ages, flowing water has sculpted the soft Navajo Sandstone into one of the most beautiful slot canyons in the world. On the opposite side of the coin, the same water responsible for this remarkable sculpturing can manifest itself as a deadly wall of flood debris, one of which swept eleven people to their deaths in this very spot more than 10 years ago.
